Dr. David R. Elmaleh
Co-founder, Chairman
David is a veteran scientist, inventor, and entrepreneur with a distinguished career as a Professor, at Harvard Medical School, and Director of Contrast Media Chemistry at Massachusetts General Hospital, which speaks to his exceptional leadership abilities.
David's impressive accomplishments include the development of approved treatments that have generated shareholder value of over a billion dollars, as well as recognition by Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News as one of "Biotech's Most Enterprising Entrepreneurs" in 2014. His extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries is demonstrated by his successful founding and leadership of several companies, such as Molecular Insight (formerly Biostream), Mersana (formerly NanoPharma), Puretech Health, AZTherapies, Xylex, Atroo, and most recently, CyberAra, a cybersecurity company.
As a visionary leader, David will provide strategic guidance to our company, driving innovation in the development of cutting-edge solutions for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. He will also lead our clinical team, as well as our operational and legal team, toward a new level of success in the dynamic and competitive skin health industry.
Dr. Ho
Co-Founder, CTO
Dr. Ho is a highly accomplished scientist, innovator, and entrepreneur in multidisciplinary areas with a Ph.D. degree in Pharmacy. With over a decade of experience and in-depth expertise in pharmaceuticals and medicines, he has authored numerous publications and holds several patents on pharmaceuticals and technologies. He is the inventor of the Vizaz platform technologies.
Dr. Ho has also successfully led an Artificial Intelligence startup in fundraising efforts. As the Founder and Chief Technical Officer at Vizaz, he is responsible for leading teams in R&D, as well as digitalization. Dr. Ho's exceptional skills and experience make him a valuable asset in pushing the boundaries of science in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic field.
Dr. Minh Khanh Nguyen
Co-Founder, Director
Minh Khanh brings to Vizaz nearly 18 years of experience in the field of hydrogels, tissue regenerative medicine, and drug delivery. Prior to Vizaz, Minh Khanh had a track record of innovation and entrepreneurial success in multiple startup ventures. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
Minh Khanh serves as the Founder and Director of Vizaz Inc. In this role, he is responsible for leading our innovative formulation team and CMC team, playing a critical role in advancing Vizaz's mission to develop cutting-edge solutions in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Dr. Xabier Murgia
Co-Founder, Director
With over 20 years of experience as a highly accomplished scientist, innovator, and entrepreneur in various disciplines, Xabier brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Founder and Director at Vizaz. In this role, he is responsible for leading biological and regulatory teams, overseeing the development of innovative solutions that have a significant impact in skin biology. Xabier holds double Ph.D. degrees in Pharmacy and Biological Chemistry, a testament to his unparalleled expertise in these areas.
Dr. Rebecca Duong
Strategic Operations Officer
Rebecca is a highly professional specializing in strategy operations, to the Vizaz team. With an impressive background as a accomplished scientist in a leading global biotech company, Rebecca brings an extensive wealth of expertise and knowledge to Vizaz. Holding a PhD in Chemical Engineering, her academic achievements are further fortified by over 11 years of invaluable experience in the fields of drug delivery and nanomedicine. Rebecca’s deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies and strategic insights position her as a pivotal player in shaping the future of the company. She is responsible in optimizing our operational strategies and elevate our position in the beauty industry.
Clover Ho
Customer Relations Officer
Clover brings an extensive range of expertise in people management, product launching, marketing, and customer service. With a remarkable track record spanning over a decade in these areas, coupled with a profound understanding of the intricacies of the beauty industry, Clover assumes a crucial role in assisting with successful product launches and spearheading effective marketing and customer service strategies. Having pursued a portion of her master's degree in San Francisco, her international exposure and diverse experiences contribute a valuable global perspective to our company. Her unwavering focus on nurturing customer connections, combined with her deep understanding of the pivotal role it plays in the beauty industry, positions her as a strategic asset for Vizaz.
